Nebraska State Correctional Facility - Tecumseh, Nebraska
Computerized campus wide facility automation network for a 950-bed multi-building facility networked over fiber optics. Integration with the fire alarm system to control smoke evacuation.

Dodge County Correctional Center - Fremont, Nebraska
Automated environmental and smoke evacuation system for county jail and correctional facility.

Union Pacific Railroad Harriman Dispatch Center- Omaha, Nebraska
Direct digital control system for a critical central railroad dispatching center which monitors and controls rail activity throughout the entire Union Pacific system.

The Harriman Dispatch Center has been compared to an airport control tower for the railroad using microwaves, fiber optics and leased telephone circuits to communicate information. Today the Union Pacific Railroad has about 36,000 miles of rail track, making it the largest railroad in the world. The facility has received several architectural and software awards.

Qwest Data Processing Center - Omaha, Nebraska
Environmental control system for the Qwest Data Processing Center located in Omaha, Nebraska. The building management system installed in this facility operates on a local area network with five workstations and redundant file servers.

Lincoln Public School District - Lincoln, Nebraska
Wide Area Network providing environmental, energy management and access control in elementary, middle and high schools throughout the Lincoln Public School District. Each facility is provided with direct digital control of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. All the facilities report to a central operator's station over a district wide Ethernet network and are accessible through a web based user interface.  Access is controlled into the facilities through the use of proximity cards.

Creighton University - Omaha, Nebraska
Distributed intelligent control system connecting numerous buildings throughout the campus. Buildings controlled and monitored include medical research, classroom buildings, science centers and residential halls.
Metro Community College - Omaha, Nebraska
Microprocessor based energy management system for three multi-building campuses located in the Omaha, Nebraska area. The facility staff has the capability to monitor all three campuses from a single remote location.

Papillion LaVista Public Schools – Papillion/LaVista, Nebraska
Building Automation System operating on a district-wide area network providing environmental control and energy management functions for elementary, middle and high schools.  System performs equipment scheduling, direct digital control, monitoring and alarming of HVAC systems throughout the district.

Grand Island Public Schools – Grand Island, Nebraska
Energy management and control system for elementary, middle and high schools throughout the district.  All systems are interconnected to central operator station providing for single seat monitoring and control throughout the district.

Gretna Public Schools – Gretna, Nebraska
Direct digital control of multiple HVAC systems including water source heat pumps throughout the district’s elementary, middle and high schools.  System performs equipment scheduling, direct digital control, monitoring and alarming of HVAC systems throughout the district.

Holland Performing Arts Center - Omaha, Nebraska
In order to ensure the high standard of environmental and acoustical conditions required by this world-class facility, an Andover Controls Building Management Control System (BMCS) was provided by Control Services, Inc.  The 1,500 point BMCS monitors and controls central air handling and hydronic equipment throughout the facility, all accessible from a central operator workstation.

Orpheum Theatre – Omaha, Nebraska
During a recent mechanical retrofit of this historic theatre, Control Services, Inc. furnished and installed a Building Automation System providing direct digital control of mechanical systems serving the performance and support areas allowing operators to control and monitor the facility with a graphical user interface.

Novartis Consumer Health - Lincoln, Nebraska

The 3,000-point control system is responsible for mechanical system control, manufacturing area environment monitoring and alarm, perimeter security, lighting control and process control system interaction. The Tower at First National Center - Omaha, Nebraska

Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo - Omaha, Nebraska
Direct digital control system for the Lied Jungle, Scott Aquarium, Imax Theatre, Necropsy Building, Desert Dome, Nocturnal Swamp and Garden of the Senses. Buildings are interconnected through the use of an existing fiber optic network. The Lied Jungle environmental control system is responsible for reproducing the conditions found within a tropical rain forest. Control functions include humidity control, free cooling cycles, misting, display water recirculation control and heating and air conditioning for adjacent restaurant and support spaces. The Aquarium facility control system responsible for both building mechanical and electrical systems, as well as an extensive life support control system providing control of fresh and salt-water displays, tank filtering, backwash cycles and ozone generation systems.
